Fiber and networking solutions provider Alpheus Communications has a new partnership with master agent WTG. Alpheus will help WTG deliver networking solutions for voice, data and video transport, and connectivity to 20 key data centers in Texas.

WTG has more than 160 agents in Texas alone. The agency delivers local, long distance, data, Internet and associated equipment. It also has specialty divisions with dedicated extra support in LEC, wireless, wholesale and cost containment.

“Alpheus has an excellent record of delivering scalable and reliable solutions throughout Texas and beyond, which is critical to our customers and to our agents," said Vince Bradley, founder, president and CEO at WTG. “Their high-touch customer service, responsiveness, and attention to all facets of the implementation and delivery process complement our diverse offerings to provide the best solutions to our customers."

Alpheus delivers high-bandwidth transport, Ethernet, voice and dedicated Internet access services. As one of the largest fiber owner/operators in Texas, Alpheus says its data services provide resilient, high-quality data connections required for businesses to get optimal performance from SaaS solutions, cloud-based computing, and remotely hosted IT infrastructure and platforms.

By working with Alpheus, agents get fast installations and quick time-to-commission enabled by the flexibility of the Alpheus metro network and its fiber assets across Texas, the company said.

“Alpheus understands master agents’ back-office operations and we address their issues with personalized care, high-quality technology and expertise," said Matt Milliron, senior vice president of enterprise and channel sales for Alpheus Communications. “With our proven success in the key Texas markets – including Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and Houston – we are eager to deliver our sophisticated network solutions to WTG."
