Aspect Adds Waterfield, TantaComm to Channel Program

Aspect Software added a pair of partners to its channel program this week.

The first is Waterfield Technologies, a provider of voice and mobile customer-interaction solutions. Aspect says Waterfield, which served as Voxeo's master reseller, can deliver custom software development, self-service automation services, and mobile application portfolios.

"The addition of technology competencies of partners like Waterfield is vital for Aspect to be able to maintain and grow Aspect's reach and increase our market leadership," said Tom Shepherd, VP, worldwide channel and alliance sales, Aspect. "Waterfield's full range of on-premise and on-demand delivery solutions and their deep experience designing and implementing mobile and telecommunication solutions for diverse industries will deliver financial growth for both companies and improve the customer experience for our end customers."

Waterfield's offerings address the growing need for companies to automate, integrate and personalize their customer relationships. The company previously developed custom business applications on Voxeo's carrier-grade platform. Now Waterfield is offering Aspect's full suite of customer contact and workforce optimization solutions as well, extending its capabilities to optimize its clients operations.

TantaComm has also joined Aspect's North America channel partner program. TantaComm provides interaction recording and performance-management solutions for global business process outsource companies and large, enterprise contact centers. TantaComm will add Aspect's workforce-optimization suite to its portfolio of customer solutions.

TantaComm is also a Microsoft Silver Partner offering Microsoft Lync, CRM and Microsoft.NET integration and consulting.
