TWC's NaviSite Debuts Partner Program

CLOUD PARTNERS — NaviSite (an Elite Sponsor) announced at Cloud Partners, a Channel Partners event, the formal launch of its partner program.

NaviSite, a Time Warner Cable company and a provider of enterprise-class hosting, managed applications, messaging and cloud services, says its new partner program expands the existing TWC Business Class (Booth 409) program, giving its partners the ability to offer customers enterprise-class managed services, while ensuring partners benefit from a robust financial revenue model.

NaviSite says it offers an army of experts to support the sales process and the client experience throughout the life of the relationship. The company's partner community includes master agents, IT services organizations, managed service providers, and others. All of NaviSite’s partners will be able to offer the company's suite of managed services to their customers as well as Time Warner Cable Business Services solutions, including network transport capabilities.

NaviSite’s partners and agents benefit from what the company says is a unique financial model that generates recurring revenue through the life of the contract, as opposed to other partner programs which only generate revenue for the initial term of a contract. Its model allows partners to choose from a full range of managed services. NaviSite’s hybrid solutions – both physical and virtual resources – along with NaviSite’s innovative usage-based billing model, help partners differentiate their portfolio of offerings, the company said.
