CLOUD PARTNERS — BCN Solutions Express (Booth 111), a provider of channel-centric, value-added services, is adding desktop audio, Web and video conferencing for Microsoft Lync implementations.
BCN Solutions Express says its partners can offer the conferencing suite as part of their existing portfolio, or they can white-label the offering to deliver service under their own brands. To kick off the partnership, BCN Solutions Express is offering private label branding and set-up at no cost.
“There is a tremendous demand for desktop conferencing options that are easy to implement and use, and which give businesses an efficient way to do everything from close a sale with a customer two states away to linking up project management teams across branch locations," said Mike McCrosson, BCN Solutions Express channel manager. “Conferencing is also becoming a required aspect of any unified communications deployment."
The conferencing capabilities can also be integrated into the Microsoft Lync unified communications platform, so Lync users gain Web conferencing capabilities along with a consistent user experience and reduced infrastructure complexity — while protecting existing desktop investments, the company said.
