AVG Achieves CloudCare Service Module Integration With Managed WorkPlace
September 12, 2013 - News

CLOUD PARTNERS — AVG Technologies (Booth 122 and a Cloud Partners Executive Sponsor), an Internet and mobile security provider, said today the first AVG CloudCare service module has been integrated within AVG Managed WorkPlace since AVG bought LPI Level Platforms on June 28.

The integration means MSPs now may remotely monitor their customers’ device security measures from one dashboard. AVG CloudCare and Managed WorkPlace are available to small businesses via AVG resellers and MSPs worldwide.

The new CloudCare Service Module includes antivirus and content-filtering status; a view of any Managed WorkPlace device without an AVG CloudCare client installed; the ability to scan devices for infections and update antivirus definitions on those devices; the ability to see the number of threats targeting a customer; and more.

“This first integrated service module for AVG CloudCare and AVG Managed Workplace is a measure of our commitment to making the lives of Managed WorkPlace MSPs as easy as possible," said Mike Foreman, general manager, SMB, AVG Technologies.
