American Telesis Expands Managed Services

CLOUD PARTNERS — American Telesis (Booth 521) unveiled at Cloud Partners, a Channel Partners event, an expanded suite of managed services that will provide customers with more connectivity options, improved application performance and robust tools to view how their WAN is being utilized.

American Telesis says the new services allow customers to use multiple WAN connections, including inexpensive broadband and wireless, to create resilient, high performance networks that eliminate down time and improve end-user productivity.

“Our new offering is focused on improving the end user experience," said Heather Selbert, VP of operations at American Telesis.  “As business moves to the cloud, underperforming or down connections will frustrate users and hold the business back. Our goal is to provide our customers with services to prevent network outages and tools to optimize the bandwidth they have."

Some of the new services being offered are automatic PBX failover, application performance optimization, load balancing across multiple WAN links, real-time utilization and traffic reports, enhanced NOC services and proactive notification of WAN link outages for BYOB (Bring Your Own Bandwidth) customers.
