Master agency Telecom Brokerage Inc. (TBI) has joined forces with cloud contact center software provider inContact.

TBI agents now can sell interactive voice response, CRM integration, disaster recovery, multichannel automatic call distribution and more to customers in a variety of vertical industries.

"inContact is a champion of the channel and we’re excited to offer their solution to TBI partners," said Ken Mercer, TBI's vice president of sales, in a press release.
