Wolfe, an Ethernet and Internet services provider based in Seattle, has hired its first-ever channel manager to focus solely on indirect partners.
Wolfe continues to enter new markets and wants to build its business throughout the United States, and having a solid channel will help the company achieve those goals.
As such, Wolfe has named Michael Alexander as channel manager. Alexander comes to Wolfe from Comcast Business Services. He worked at the cable operator for seven years, most recently as senior business account executive selling voice and Internet to SMBs. Alexander has spent more than 13 years in the communications industry. In addition to Comcast, his resume includes time with Integra, WCI and Speakeasy.
Alexander is responsible for increasing and managing all partner relationships for Wolfe.

Wolfe was founded in 1995 as a dial-up, Internet, DSL and T1 provider and, for several years, kept its footprint within Yakima, Wash. In 2001, the company expanded into the entire Pacific Northwest, then, in 2002, took its DSL and dial-up services nationwide. In 2005, Accretive Technology Group bought Wolfe. Finally, last year, Wolfe rebuilt its network to include services such as 10GBps Ethernet to IP VPN, Layer 2 Ethernet and Metro Ethernet. The company expect to expand its Ethernet services to 100GBps later this year.
