Philadelphia-based hosted services provider Alteva continues the expansion of the national footprint for its hosted unified communications-as-a-service (UCaaS).

Alteva has signed Las Vegas-based telecom solutions provider Affordable Communications as a channel partner, which will enable Alteva to extend its West Coast presence. Affordable Communications will offer Alteva’s UCaaS solution to its customer base, ranging from single to large multisite retailers, medical and financial service groups, and restaurant and hospitality chains.

“We evaluated the premier UCaaS providers and selected Alteva for their complete solution and their focus on multilocation businesses and mobile device and tablet integration," said Randy Dell, president of Affordable Communications. “This comprehensive approach and Alteva’s extraordinary customer care and support made the decision easy."

As part of Alteva’s suite of UCaaS solutions, Affordable Communications will provide UCaaS services to its full range of businesses. Alteva’s UCaaS allows for the configuration of a hosted PBX system to utilize PRIs, VoIP technology and SIP trunking services, which enables communications continuity, scalability and increased call control. Other key benefits include vendor/phone bill consolidation and premium VoIP equipment.
