CHANNEL PARTNERS — Hosted VoIP phone systems provider Vocalocity (Booth 2020) said today it has made some changes to its partner program.
First, the company, whose products are aimed at SMBs, has expanded its commission structure to include up-front, residual and additional monthly incentive payments. This fosters a more predictable partner income stream, the company said. Next, the company also is hiring more channel staff and adding sales enablement materials. Finally, Vocalocity said it has made improvements to the sales process so its services are easier to sell and deploy.
“We are excited by the success of the partners in our channel program and are very excited to be making commission and support changes that will provide even greater benefits to both new and existing partners," said Kyle Johnson, vice president of sales. “We believe in delivering quality products to our customers, which we couldn’t do without our loyal partners."
Vocalocity said it has more than doubled its annual channel partner production since 2011, as well as the number of program members.
