CHANNEL PARTNERSIntelisys (Booth 5004 and an Executive Sponsor) today unveiled its interactive dashboard that lets agents manage their businesses.

MyIntelisys gives partners at-a-glance statistics, summaries and other key information. Intelisys released MyIntelisys to its Club TPC members in January and now is making the portal available to all of its channel partners.

“We began developing MyIntelisys nearly two years ago with one goal in mind – deliver to our sales partners the visibility they need to know where they’ve been, where they are, and where they’re going," said Dana Topping, co-owner of Intelisys. “This way, they can make smarter decisions about their businesses and more effectively respond to the market. Information is power."

Some of the MyIntelisys features and tools include:

  • Supplier spiffs
  • Order tracking
  • Club TPC trip status
  • Commission tracking
  • Business analytics Excel tool
  • Fiber locator

Users may customize the platform, arranging topics by order of preference, and each section may be expanded for more information. MyIntelisys is accessed through MyIntelisys.com and includes weekly email summaries.

Club TPC agents who have been using MyIntelisys say the system helps them stay organized and provides critical information for strategizing growth.

“Our small business can quickly act and make decisions based on information and tools that are normally only available to businesses much larger than we are," said Patrick Wefers of Infinium Communications. "That is priceless."

NetSource Group's Tricia Ward, Intelisys' first million-dollar agent, agreed.

"Someone finally amassed all the sales and supplier data I have always been meaning to collect – all in one place," she said. "It's like having a sales manager and an OPS manager in a box. It gives us a roadmap of where we are and where we need to go to achieve our sales goals, and will even calculate what we need to sell in order to make a certain level of commission."
