CHANNEL PARTNERS —  Collaboration services provider Arkadin (Booth 4037) has a new partnership with Select Conferencing as part of its global partner and reseller program.

Arkadin says the alliance enables it to broaden its reach, while Select can significantly expand its product offering with Arkadin’s full suite of audio, Web and video conferencing and unified collaboration services.

Founded in 2002, Austin, Texas-based Select Conferencing operates globally and says it has built a reputation for excellent service and competitive pricing in audio and Web collaboration. Arkadin’s push into Unified Communications (UC) will enable Select to leverage its expertise with a company that has a similar vision and customer service philosophy.

“Partnering with Arkadin is a highly strategic move that takes us to the next level," says Jerry Goldman, CEO and founder of Select Conferencing. “Arkadin has the most complete collaboration offering in the industry and among the brightest management, giving us a tremendous opportunity to accelerate our business. Their large global footprint is also a tremendous advantage for understanding trends, especially as UC goes mainstream.  No other service provider can match their vision or understanding of the UC market dynamics."

“Our partner and reseller program drives a significant source of our growth, therefore it’s essential that we partner with companies that share our product and service vision," said Frank Gorkis, Arkadin’s VP of channel sales, North America. “We’re confident our alliance with Select will drive greater customer satisfaction and revenue growth for both companies."
