International VoIP technology provider Vitelity has completed interoperability testing with Sangoma and have certified Sangoma's Vega series of gateways with the Vitelity SIP trunk service.

The two companies joined together to simplify the configuration of Sangoma's Vega Voice over IP gateway products when they are deployed on Vitelity SIP Trunking endpoints. By working together, Vitelity and Sangoma say they have developed a configuration tool to enable integrators to start using the Vitelity/Vega solution quickly and easily.

"We have a growing number of customers using the Sangoma Vega gateways operating with our service, and together with Sangoma, we are committed to making future deployments quick and easy," said Kerry Garrison, vice president of strategic initiatives at Vitelity. "With the new tool, customers deploying Vega gateways can now do so with ease and with the assurance that the solution will be supported by both companies."

Sangoma's VP of sales, Doug Vilm, said that the availability of the configuration tool makes the Vega Series of VoIP Gateways the most cost-effective solution for Vitelity resellers and customers.
