Telarus Inc. announced Tuesday that it is the first master agency to offer its sales partners detailed price quotes for all Comcast Business Class enterprise products including Ethernet services.
In October Telarus unveiled GeoSign, a custom order paperwork generator, to facilitate the growth of coax orders with Comcast.
With the new capability, Telarus can request site surveys, receive construction estimates and configure the final solution price points prior to creating a customer contract. Andrew Morgan, Telarus' vice president of operations, explained that once Telarus knows the construction fees following the site survey, the Telarus team can determine the monthly fee.
"With the ability to request truck rolls and to handle Comcast fiber pricing requests ourselves, our partners can expect an expedited response," said Telarus' President Adam Edwards. "Not only does direct quoting help our partners, it also lightens the support load we place on Comcast Business Services."
