GreatAmerica Leasing Corp. now offers Info-Zone mobile to help sales people access customer data while in the field.
The new app brings Info-Zone.com functionality to Apple, Android, Windows and Blackberry platforms, the company said, and it is available exclusively to GreatAmerica customers. With Info-Zone mobile, sales professionals can submit credit applications, calculate payments and easily view client information.
Solution providers can use the app to cost-effectively improve sales efforts using their mobile devices, which will also help GreatAmerica channel partners improve transaction efficiency.
“We invested in mobile computing because the majority of our solution providers are increasingly selling from the field and working in demanding, fast-paced situations," said David Pohlman, GreatAmerica executive vice president and chief operating officer. “By placing key account information from the GreatAmerica Info-Zone.com site at the fingertips of sales people, they can anticipate and respond to virtually all customer concerns on the fly."
Info-Zone mobile uses phone, e-mail and map functions to access client data. The app is available through smartphone browsers, and will soon be accessible through iTunes and Google Play for Android.
