VoIP provider GLOBALINX Inc. has recruited two former Windsteam Communications sales pros -- Erin Puidokas and Sean Nicholas -- to its direct sales team.

In her new role, Puidokas will be a premier account manager. Previously she was  a supervisor for SMB account management for Windstream Communications, a role she came to after more than 10 years at PAETEC Communications, which was acquired by Windstream in late 2011. At PAETEC, Puidokas was supervisor for the Business Support Group and, earlier, supervisor for account development.

Nicholas will be senior sales engineer for GLOBALINX. Previously, he was a national solutions engineer for the wholesale division at Windstream, a position he also held at PAETEC prior to the acquisition. During his eight years at PAETEC, Nicholas also was a VoIP network engineer and a NOC technician team leader.

GLOBALINX offers hosted PBX, SIP trunking, SIP interconnect and mobile video applications as well as  traditional voice and data services, including toll-free, dedicated access, MPLS and conferencing among others.
