As it slowly drifts away from a reliance on the iPhone, AT&T is bringing on some powerful new HTC phones to stock its shelves this holiday season.
AT&T will offer the HTC One X+ and HTC One VX in its stores and online beginning Nov. 16, the company said, but customers can pre-order the X+ starting immediately. The X+ will sell for $199.99 with a two-year contract, while the VX will be $49.99 with the same contract deal.
The HTC One X+ will be the first smartphone running on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) that includes a 1.7 GHz Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core processor with a battery-saving fifth core. It features a 4.7-inch, 720p HD screen and builds on the camera of the HTC One X, according to the company.
Exclusively offered from AT&T, the HTC One VX has a 9.19mm-thick unibody design and a 4.5-inch qHD display, which is protected by a scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass.
