AT&T will now offer Microsoft Office 365, which allows small business owners to easily take advantage of cloud-based solutions, the carrier said.
The program comes in response to the current trend of small businesses using cloud-based applications more than ever before. Office 365 offers a cloud-based solution software that gives small businesses access to business tools in real-time from virtually any location.
AT&T's TechSupport 360 service will deliver activation, setup and migration of the solution for customers.
Some features of Microsoft Office 365 include: email and calendar sharing, access to programs like Microsoft Word and Excel, Web and HD video conferencing, file sharing and document management.
Prices start at $6 per month per user, depending on individual business needs.
"AT&T is offering SMB customers a very comprehensive offer, based on Microsoft 365, with options to allow the customers to add to the services from an online portal as the customer's requirements grow," said Ovum principal analyst Mike Sapien, after reviewing the product.
