Comstor Hires Cisco Veteran

Comstor's Geoff Fancher

Comstor, the Cisco division of value-added distributor Westcon Group, said on Wednesday it has hired Cisco's Geoff Fancher to drive business in the United States.

As senior vice president, Fancher will be accountable for Comstor's financials; he'll report to Dean Douglas, president and CEO of Westcon Group.

Fancher oversaw the field partner organization at Cisco. He worked with more than 200 partner account managers and engineers, with a network of 8,000 partners. He also ran the Cisco Channel Advisory Board. Fancher worked for Cisco for 17 years.
