Brocade, which sells its networking gear through partners such as systems integrators, has added new resources and incentives to its channel program.
The Brocade Alliance Partner Network (APN) now features an online portal with a configuration tool, pre-sales training, and new marketing and sales materials. Brocade also said it has streamlined the point-of-sale processes and will increase rebate caps and incentives on IP networking products. All of that is intended to speed up sales cycles, Brocade said.
“Channel organizations want networking solutions that provide differentiation and that help them build their professional services revenues quickly and easily," said Regan McGrath, vice president of Worldwide Channel Sales and Marketing at Brocade. “We are giving our partners the assets and support they need to build their brand, drive sales and ultimately accelerate their revenue growth."
Brocade APN offers three levels of membership: Select, Premier and Elite. All of them get qualified leads, sales support and technical education; the top two tiers, however, receive more benefits. New Elite and Premier partners, for example, now are entitled to enablement funding.
