CHANNEL PARTNERS — The Conference Group (Booth #209) is demonstrating a new and improved customer dashboard at the Fall 2012 Channel Partners Conference & Expo.

Effective immediately, The Conference Group says its clients are able to control all their calling cards and their users in one centralized location. They can add, edit, or delete new cards, manage and update account information, download recordings and view conference history.

“This improvement furthers our commitment to a true 'turn-key' solution,", said Caroline Rogers, who heads up the Conference Group’s channel  program.

The Conference Group is also giving away a $500 Visa gift card on Sept. 13.
