MessageWire, FortressITX Join Forces

CHANNEL PARTNERS — MessageWire (Booth #321) and its parent company, FortressITX, have combined services agents and VARs previously sold separately, but that now are combined under the FortressITX brand.

The companies spent the bulk of 2012 integrating MessageWire's Hosted Exchange service with FortressITX's OneCall customer support service, and completed the work in August. For the first time, FortressITX is joining MessageWire at the Fall 2012 Channel Partners Conference & Expo to talk with attendees about selling Hosted Exchange/call center support to SMBs. MessageWire has attended the show since 2008.

The companies said the MessageWire partnership with FortressITX equates to a dedicated Hosted Exchange service backed by a customer support team of certified IT professionals.
