The company recently hired Shirley Ah Sing from XO Communications to serve as senior partner development manager; now, she's being joined by partner development managers Stephanie Bouras and Kristie Sutter. In addition, Jessica Paire, senior channel marketing manager has rejoined EarthLink and implements marketing programs for the team.
The National Master Program has a dedicated team working initially with nine master agencies. Those masters have dedicated partner development managers and access to resources such as reporting, dedicated account managers, a sales support team, a quote team and a partner advisory board.
“EarthLink Business is evolving and creating a go-to-market strategy that will meet our partners’ business requirements," said Sherri Turpin, EarthLink's vice president of channel strategy. “We are making it a point to learn the master agent’s business and align our actions and tools to reach our joint goals and objectives."
EarthLink Business is also changing its messaging around master agents and their partners. The company said that messaging now focuses on multilocation customers.
