Systems integrator AdvanTel Networks has appointed Dan Ferguson as its new president and CEO.
Ferguson holds the role now; he has replaced Roger McGibbon, who remains as board chairman. Previously, Ferguson served as AdvanTel's CFO and vice president of sales. He has worked for the California-based company since 1986.
"Dan's experience in managing the different aspects of our business will be a significant asset in advancing our strategy," McGibbon said in a prepared statement.
AdvanTel is an Avaya Platinum Service Expert Partner and a Juniper Elite Partner. It specializes in security, LAN, wireless/WAN, traditional voice and VoIP, as well as contact centers, project management, and professional and managed services.
