McGraw Communications announced Wednesday it has named Manny Ferrufino as a channel manager in its Alternate Channels Program.
In his new role, Ferrufino will oversee recruitment of new partners to sell McGraw’s managed services offerings, which were rolled out earlier this month. He also will work with McGraw’s development team to ensure partners have a competitive offer.
Ferrufino spent the last three years working for McGraw's sister company, master agency Business Communications Management, as managing director of alternate channels.
Previously, he was a channel manager for Qwest Communications (now CenturyLink) serving agents in the tri-state area. Ferrufino was voted a Top 15 Channel Manager in 2007 by readers of Channel Partners magazine (formerly PHONE+).
Founded in 1996, McGraw Communications uses a multicarrier approach to provide telecommunications services backed by its proprietary systems and software for billing and customer support.
