When it comes to services including managed IP PBX, hosted VoIP and unified communications, the firm this week called the following U.S-based companies "major players":

Global Industry Analysts said most of the opportunity for these providers is overseas. For example, Asia-Pacific represents the fastest-growing market; annual revenue there is growing at about 17.3 percent, the firm found, thanks to booming economies and expanding enterprises' demand.
