Telcombrokers Inc. has partnered with Verecloud Inc. so its agents may sell a range of cloud services to SMBs.
“The Cloudwrangler platform offered by Verecloud is a breakthrough solution that Telcombrokers is proud to offer to our agents and their customers," said Nancy Ridge, Telcombrokers' vice president, in a press release. "Together we’ll make it easy for our agents to start having fun and success selling cloud."
Verecloud handles Tier 1 technical support and offers a team of pre- and post-sale employees to help its indirect partners. For example, Verecloud experts will attend in-person and virtual sales calls so agents don't have to field questions about a subject they may still be learning.
