The Technology Channel Association (TCA) has opened registration for the Channel Manager Best Practices Forum it's hosting at the upcoming Channel Partners show.
In the past, TCA has conducted invitation-only Channel Chief Summits for its vendor members. This time, the non-profit channel association is holding its interactive panel discussion for conference and expo attendees. Channel managers will address a variety of topics, including the following:
- Balancing 80/20
- Maximizing agents' MMR
- What is your No. 1 job responsibility?
- How do you balance agent business interest with corporate interest?
- Internal relationships
- Setting agent expectations for customer
Space, however, is limited. Register on the TCA website. The Channel Manager Best Practices Forum is scheduled for Tuesday, March 27, from 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m., in Florentine IV at Caesar's Palace.
