Telarus Inc. will hold its first-ever, large-scale partner conference this summer.
The master agency said the event -- Telarus Partner Summit -- will feature in-depth education, supplier exhibits and private supplier-sales partner strategy meetings. It's scheduled for June 6-8 at the Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah. There is no charge for current and prospective Telarus partners to participate.
"The Telarus Partner Summit will expose attendees to many new ideas, products, selling strategies, lead generation tools and many other current hot topics," said Telarus President Adam Edwards. "We've structured this event to allow real selling partners to receive insight from the heads of supplier channels and also for suppliers to network with a group of partners they may not have not previously engaged."
Telarus expects to have about two dozen suppliers on hand.
But the summit won't be all business. Telarus also has an all-day excursion planned, although it did not say what activities will be involved.
Telarus has held small, day-long partner sessions once a year for about nine years. The Partner Summit marks the agency's first foray into the types of multi-day events that master agents put on for their agents and VARs.
