Qudex LLC announced Jan. 2 the availability of a hosted solution that enables management of wireless spend on employee as well as corporate devices.
Qudex 3.0 Wireless, which is for sale through agents, runs on a separate platform from the on-demand solution Qudex released in fall 2009 to help customers, carriers and agents to manage wireline telecom assets.
Qudex 3.0 Wireless employs an analytical model to apply spending caps to specific user profiles. Uniquely, it also offers customers visibility into spend across multiple carriers and employee-owned devices.
"Currently this is the one area that IT is still struggling with," said Andrew Brynczka
vice president sales for Qudex. "They are trying to figure out if they are running corporate- or employee-liable policies, how to start and manage a new program, how to truly understand if they are maximizing all of their options."
The service is available as a monthly subscription either based on the number of users or a corporate-wide license. Contracts can be month to month but discounts are available for term agreements up to three years.
Channel partners receive a monthly residual payment based on a percentage of the monthly revenue generated from client.
Qudex provides partner with support and training as needed. It also offers introductions, meetings and demonstrations of the Qudex platform and benefits to the agent’s clients.
"We are happy to get on the calls and from start to finish help complete the sales cycle," said Brynczka. "This should be treated as a highly managed referral program. We want to be there and want the agent to be there with us throughout the process."
