OAISYS, which develops call recording and contact center management platforms, plans to pursue channel partners more vigorously.

To do that, the Tempe, Ariz.-based company has created a new channel executive position and named Gary Dumbrowsky to fill it. Dumbrowsky now is national channels director for OAISYS. He had worked as director of North America sales for four years. In his new role, he'll expand OAISYS' channel reach by beefing up relationships with VARs and hosted telephony providers.

“This expansion of our executive management team ensures the continued delivery of dedicated, practical programs and resources for our value-added reseller channels serving local markets, as well as those with a national footprint," said Brian Spencer, president of OAISYS, in a press release. "We are committed to supporting our channel partners through channel consolidation, which is expected to continue in 2012."

OAISYS' products target SMBs and large, multisite enterprises. Its software is compatible with devices from vendors including Avaya, Mitel, ShoreTel and Toshiba.
