PowerNet Global announced Wednesday that it is expanding its call-center solutions with the Gryphon Networks Core Phone service, a customizable telemarketing compliance and productivity service that assists enterprises in adhering to complex privacy laws.
Core Phone automatically certifies every dialed phone number against federal, state and internal do-not-call lists to ensure their legality. Core Phone protects businesses from steep fines and brand damage associated with non-compliance and also ensures businesses have access to the largest legally marketable universe.
Core Phone is available for call-center agents making business-related calls from any phone, including those at company headquarters, home offices and mobile phones. Whether agents use Core Phone to call customers and prospects from their main office, on the road or via “click-to-dial" capabilities from their CRM system, Core Phone ensures calls are legal.
The Gryphon service will be integrated into PNG’s NetDialer service, which offers Tier 1 call quality for dialer-based and outbound call centers producing high velocity, short duration (HVSD) calls. The integration should be completed later this month.
Customers contract directly with and are billed by Gryphon for the Core Phone service. Customers are charged on a per-call basis.
PNG’s indirect sales agents may sell Core Phone service, but they are only commissioned on the PNG services that accompany the order.
