Channel partners for Aplicor LLC have a new option when it comes to the cloud platforms they’re able to sell with the SaaS provider’s CRM technology.
That’s because Aplicor has joined the Rackspace partner program. Rackspace specializes in cloud, managed and hybrid hosting.
Chris Clinton, vice president of worldwide sales, channel and marketing for Aplicor said the company’s decision to work with Rackspace “is part of our own transformational efforts to move SaaS to a new level – that of a true cloud-based business suite of CRM and ERP integration."
Aplicor’s Cloud Suite 7 consolidates front- and back-office processes for small and midmarket clients. The CRM software features tools that organize, design and configure workflows, panels and dashboards.
Joining the Rackspace partner program means Aplicor’s end-users now have access to hosting methods for CRM and other business needs. The partnership also takes the onus off Aplicor to offer its own hosting service, which is an expensive and time-consuming proposition. Aplicor also is making its move as cloud computing is expected to generate more than $200 billion annually by 2015.
