CHANNEL PARTNERS — Telcentris announced at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo that it has named Mark Peterson vice president of wholesale sales for its VoxOx In Business division. This is a new position for the company in order to expand its wholesale operations – white label, carrier services and wholesale SMS solutions – due to high customer demand.

“I’m thrilled to join the VoxOx In Business division and look forward to working with the team to deliver distinctive, high-caliber solutions to customers," said Peterson. “The VoIP services market continues to grow despite economic conditions and is reportedly approaching the $50 billion mark. This is a very exciting space to be in right now and I am delighted at the opportunity to make a difference."

Peterson has more than 30 years in management experience in sales, marketing and corporate communications, primarily in the telecommunications and airline industries. His most recent experience was a six-year stint leading the sales and marketing efforts at CommPartners, a 50-state CLEC and hosted VoIP company.

“It is an honor to have Mark come on board as we fortify our efforts to pursue aggressive growth in the wholesale market, particularly white-label solutions," said Tad Nikolich, VP of business sales at Telcentris. “We are focused on delivering innovative unified communications and IP technology services, and Mark’s expertise and connections lend themselves to our strategic objectives in the wholesale and white label arena."
