Grandstream Networks, a manufacturer of IP voice/video telephony and video surveillance solutions, and OneStream Networks, a provider of cloud-based unified communications, on Thursday announced the interoperability and certification of certain Grandstream IP phones on OneStream’s Global Unified IP Communications platforms.

The products that are now interoperable and certified include Grandstream’s GXP21xx/GXP14xx series enterprise high-definition IP phones and the GXV31XX next-generation IP Multimedia Phones.

The companies said the certification of the phones with OneStream Networks assures system compatibility, improved voice quality and affordable multi-site location implementation.

“As organizations across all industries seek the benefits of a common unified platform of cloud-based services, Grandstream’s desktop HD phones and multimedia phones will play a critical role in helping businesses to easily and affordably access the plethora of managed services available in the cloud," Grandstream Networks CEO David Li said. “We are excited about our partnership with OneStream to present a joint powerful solution for hosted unified communications for enterprises worldwide."
