The Grand Rapids, Mich.-headquartered company says it’s now one of the first service providers in the Midwest to offer customers the ability to build virtual private clouds.
“The result is saving our customers time and money while improving their network and data center reliability," said Dan Olrich, US Signal’s COO, in a press release.
Virtual private clouds are created with customized virtual private servers built with dedicated CPU, memory and storage. Clients then access the cloud and storage environments in the managed data center using US Signal’s data products including MPLS, virtual Ethernet or IPsec VPN. Investing in the service cuts down on customer capex as well.
