VoIP and unified communications (UC) provider Fonality has released a new version of its PBXtra platform.
PBXtra 5.2 is part hosted, part premise-based. It’s powered by the Heads Up Display UC dashboard; features include voice, email and chat management. Enhancements in the 5.2 version also include monitoring for call latency, jitter and packet loss, as well as call quality, security and network connectivity. In addition, version 5.2 has contact center features such as audio conferencing, photo caller ID and whisper mode. Finally, it works with applications including Salesforce, NetSuite, Vanilla Soft, Sugar CRM or any Web-based CRM application.
