Telcentris Inc. on Wednesday debuted a flat-rate hosted VoIP product for businesses with four to 10 employees.
Startup Bundle, available through Telcentris channel partners, comes with unlimited calling in most of the United States and Canada, Polycom phone equipment and a variety of features. The new product is best for entrepreneurs, as well as established firms such as doctor’s offices, retail stores and accountants, Telcentris said.
Telcentris said Startup Bundle saves users up to 30 percent when compared to similar à la carte products. For example, the package starts at $199 per month; there is a one-time provisioning fee that can be partly or fully waived with a term commitment. For partners, Startup Bundle commissions total 20 percent for agents and up to 30 percent for qualified master agents, all with no revenue commitment, Telcentris said.
Startup Bundle is “a valuable addition to our channel partner program offerings because the flat monthly rate facilitates on-the-spot quotes for small hosted VoIP packages," said Tad Nikolich, director of sales at Telcentris. “We anticipate this type of package to be of interest to agents and master agents because of this added convenience, as well as the value of the bundle."
Startup Bundle comes with the following:
- Four to 10 hosted PBX lines with unlimited calling in the continental U.S. and Canada
- Four to 10 phone numbers, including auto attendant
- Four to 10 Polycom 335 IP phones
- Four to 10 voice mail boxes
- Four to 10 fax-to-email accounts
- Managed VoIP router
- Data switch
- Online management portal
- Conference bridge
- Assisted self install by phone
- No term commitment
The package further features unlimited on-net calls, Find Me call forwarding, call hunt groups, simultaneous ring, voice mail-to-email, extension dialing to any company location, online account management and discounted international calling rates. Upgrade options include higher-end phones, a Power over Ethernet switch and professional installation services. Like all Telcentris products, Startup Bundle is powered by the company’s cloud-based unified communications platform.
