Master agency Terrapin Solutions announced this week two new agreements – one with cloud telephony provider Evolve IP and the other with cloud hosting company ServerCentral -- that expand its cloud offerings through its nationwide network of 1,400 channel partners.
Terrapin Solutions specializes in cloud telephony (hosted VoIP, SIP trunking, call center), cloud computing (desktop/server virtualization), and managed services (outsourced IT/helpdesk).
Under an agreement with Evolve IP, Terrapin will offer Evolve IP’s communications as a service solution, which integrates an advanced call center suite to provide customers with call routing and real-time reporting. Evolve IP’s CaaS solution bundles hardware, including phones, into a monthly price. It also includes a customer administration portal called Ossmosis, which allows the end-user to make changes to their phone system.
Evolve IP will be demonstrating its CaaS platform in the Cloud Services Coalition booth at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo in Las Vegas, March 13-15. Terrapin Solutions is a co-founder of the CSC and will be on hand to walk prospective partners through the Evolve IP program.
Under its agreement with ServerCentral, Terrapin will be able to offer ServerCentral’s hosting and its new dedicated private cloud solutions. Unlike traditional public cloud offerings where each customer is kept on a virtual slice of a large, shared infrastructure, the ServerCentral DPC is a single-tenant solution.
