VoIP services provider InPhonex has unveiled Televate, its version of cloud-based telephony.
The Miami-based company said on Wednesday that its Televate product combines the capabilities of a hosted PBX, hosted IVR and hosted CRM. Televate is sold through channel partners and targeted at SMBs. The service works inside and outside the office, InPhonex said, so companies can support operations and customers around the world. Each employee gets full call-center functionality, including CRM integration, screen pops, and caller and customer history.
Televate features include a business phone system with multiple virtual extensions; a desktop application that creates one company database to manage all inbound and outbound contacts; support for InPhonex, conference and Android phones; local and toll-free numbers for phone calling and fax; all traditional PBX functions such as voice mail, e-mail, call management; and integration with social media and CRM.
InPhonex charges a monthly fee for Televate and does not require setup fees or contracts. InPhonex teamed with Ringio to put the cloud-based applications into Televate. InPhonex said it’s seeking more channel partners to sell Televate and that benefits include quick sales-closure and immediate revenue increases.
