The new agreement “extends our reach for our call-center customers," said Denis Raue, president of Michigan-headquartered Telegration.
“Because inContact specializes in hosted call center management, adding its products and services to our portfolio helps us provide cost-effective services to customers with call center applications, wherever they may be," Raue added.
Telegration said it pays 15 percent in monthly recurring commissions on inContact services. Other benefits to the inContact platform include no initial hardware costs; a pay-as-you-go billing model; automatic technology upgrades at no extra expense; on-demand scalability; a 99.99-percent service level agreement; and a "round-the-clock" network operations center.

“Many of our larger customers have multiple global locations so it was important to partner with a provider that could deliver excellent, reliable service around the globe," he said.
