Terrapin Solutions Gives Agents White-Label Hosted VoIP
December 21, 2010 - News

Cloud services master agency Terrapin Solutions is partnering with wholesaler Pac-West Telecomm to create white-label IP PBX service for sale through agents.

Pac-West’s product, named Telastic, will provide hosted VoIP that lets agents “pay as they grow," said Andrew Pryfogle, president and CEO of Terrapin Solutions, in a prepared statement.

“Many of our partners were coming to us in search of a…white-label hosted VoIP platform," Pryfogle said. “In our search for that solution we quickly found that Telastic included a carrier-grade solution that leverages Pac-West’s trusted core services with an unbeatable economic model that allows partners to pay as they grow."

Telastic requires no up-front capital expense and includes features such as the ability to easily choose, provision and route phone numbers to applications. There also are Web portals for all user levels, and there’s multiered rating and billing.

“Terrapin chose to partner with us because of the feature-rich, scalable solution that Telastic offers and innovative pricing model that parallels Terrapin’s cost-savings commitment to their customers," Robert H. Turner, Pac-West’s CEO, said in a press release. “In turn we’ve chosen Terrapin to support our fast-paced dynamic growth because of their bulletproof reputation for identifying and delivering optimal customer solutions."

Terrapin designs cloud services – including SIP trunking, call center, desktop virtualization and managed services – for businesses, and boasts more than 1,400 agents nationwide.
