AdvanTel Networks has achieved full-service accreditation for Avaya Inc.’s product line, including those added as a result of Avaya's acquisition of Nortel in late 2009.  Full-service accredited partners are able to sell, engineer, service, maintain and support products.

AdvanTel has become full-service accredited on Avaya CS1000, Avaya BCM and Avaya Call Pilot – all products from Avaya’s acquisition of Nortel. AdvanTel already had achieved Avaya Platinum SDS Partner status.

Established in 1984, AdvanTel Networks designs, implements and maintains  converged communication networks for small and medium business and enterprise customers worldwide.  It offers security, LAN/wireless/WAN, VoIP and traditional voice solutions, contact centers, as well as consultation, project management, professional services and managed services.

"Avaya Connect Channel Partners are the face of Avaya to our customers," said Carol Giles Neslund, vice president of U.S. Channels for Avaya, in a press statement. "It's critical that they are served by highly-skilled, customer-focused companies like AdvanTel that have made the commitment to stay up-to-date on Avaya as we evolve communications technologies through new innovations and additions to our portfolio. We congratulate AdvanTel on becoming full-service accredited."

"Our full-service accreditation of these Avaya products is a major accomplishment for AdvanTel. We are excited to be able to leverage our technical skills and 20-plus years of expertise in the industry to encompass all Avaya customers," said Chris Atha, Director of Business Development at AdvanTel, in a press statement. "As an Avaya Platinum Partner, we are able to deliver a total end to end solution, whether that is through maintenance of current systems or migration to Avaya solutions through the integrated roadmap."
