ConnectWise, a provider of professional service automation (PSA) applications, has announced ConnectWise Network 2.0, the latest version of its partner collaboration platform that offers significant new features and enhancements to its partner community of IT service providers.
Developed specifically from feedback and recommendations from its existing ConnectWise PSA partner community, the free ConnectWise Network 2.0 platform acts as a matchmaking tool for solution providers to find other network members in different geographic areas or with different skill sets, empowering them with the confidence that they can provide anything and everything a client might need. ConnectWise Network 2.0 retains many of the original features, such as basic geographic and skills matching, and integration with service ticketing and time/expense tracking, with powerful new additions that make it more dynamic and functional. New features incorporated from partner suggestions include:
- Detailed profiles with certifications, training, company logos, photos
- Search function for keywords, rates for full service or break/fix, service areas and other criteria
- The ability to designate and save preferred partners

Participating ConnectWise Partners must sign a membership agreement and adhere to a rigid code of ethics to be included in ConnectWise Network 2.0.
