Bankrupt Nortel Networks Corp. (NT) is selling part of its application delivery business to equipment maker Radware Ltd. (RDWR).
Financial terms remained under wraps but Nortel does plan to continue selling the division’s products under an OEM agreement. Radware won the deal though a court-sanctioned auction.
Nortel, in the midst of bankruptcy reorganization, is restructuring operations so it can emerge a more efficient company.
