Cisco Systems Inc. is gearing up to offer a professional level wireless certification program in the fall. Details of the CCNP Wireless program will be shared in June at the company’s Cisco Live! event.
Cisco already offers wireless certifications at the associate level CCNA Wireless and at the expert level CCIE Wireless. The professional level is a mid-tier certification.
According to the gearmaker, the new certification will round out the career path for wireless networking professionals.
