Call it the Three Musketeers effect: Fujitsu is following the all-for-one idea and consolidating three of its North American IT divisions into one. Fujitsu Consulting, Fujitsu Computer Systems Corp., and Fujitsu Transaction Solutions will become a single company beginning Oct. 1.
The new company will be known as Fujitsu North America Holding.
