The Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) and OnForce announced they are collaborating on a number of programs aimed at raising the certified technical skills of IT professionals and helping them grow their businesses.
As part of the ongoing effort, OnForce’s community of more than 12,000 contract professionals can earn several CompTIA certifications, including CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ and Server+. Members of the OnForce community will also have access to CompTIA membership, as well as other training and certification opportunities.
“As more VARs and solution providers are utilizing contract IT talent, access to advanced training is critical for service professionals,” said Jose Bernal, senior vice president of business development at OnForce. “We look forward to working closely with CompTIA on a number of initiatives to enable our community to further develop their business and technical skills.”
