Glowpoint Inc. has launched the Telepresence Exchange Network (TEN) service, enabling telepresence calls between companies on different networks and interoperability with other videoconferencing systems.
TEN leverages Glowpoint's global QoS Video-Centric Network with peering points to most major carriers, as well as Glowpoint's firewall traversal solutions, Web-based scheduling and VNOC managed services.
Glowpoint currently supports customers in 1200 cities and 35 countries.
