CTI Group Launches Pay-Per-Use VoIP Call Recording

CTI Group has debuted a pay-per-use call recording service. This new model offers the traditional VoIP call recording product, SmartRecord IP, as Software as a Service (SaaS).

CTI Group said the pay-per-use model is designed to assist both enterprise and service provider customers in acclimating to call recording without the burden of a high initial capital investment. In providing hosted services, CTI Group can provision SmartRecord IP for both legacy phone systems as well as new VoIP phone systems. Once provisioned, the call recording is billed by per minute of use. The customer buys a block of minutes and all usage is covered until those minutes are exceeded.

The pay-per-use call recording model offers a complete channel marketing package. There is a channel marketing hierarchy feature designed within the pay-per-use software so that the pages of the call recording software can be specifically designed to reflect the images and branding of CTI Group’s partners. Additionally, CTI Group offers white-labeled channel packaging for all of its partners and agents.
